My first blog post was April 25, 2007. I can hardly believe what changes my family and I have gone through in those 7 1/2 years. When that post was written, I was a sleep deprived mother of 2. I was trying to figure out how to keep the kids busy, the house clean, meals on the table and maybe throw a craft or two in the mix.
Well, I'm still sleep deprived, but now a mother of 5, trying to keep the kids from being too busy, keeping the house mostly clean. We eat out far less (most of the time) and I unfortunately craft far less that I would like.
The reason for the change in blogs. My own and my families focus. Rather than a fun "travel log" or weekend and holiday update, I would like to have more focus on the real stuff. My faith and my family.
I am a Mormon. I belong to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It permeates through everything we do as a family. The choices we make, the activities we participate in, the books we read, the movies we watch, everything. I know it, I live it, I love it!
So, welcome our journey as we strive to "Walk in Truth".
